- Support the development and execution of the Decision Maker (C-suite/VP+) marketing strategy to drive client engagement and generate demand via channels such as Thought Leadership, Sales, Events, Paid Social, Paid Media, etc.
- Lead our paid media strategy by pinpointing relevant media across the EMEA region, establishing relationships with key publishers, and placing compelling marketing messages to our different customer segments
- Lead relationships with agencies to deliver our global thought leadership programme curated to support senior financial leaders. Deliver the content plan to key stakeholders and audiences.
- Encompass a global mindset to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with global & local marketing teams and broader client management organisation to align initiatives and meet emerging business needs
- Self-starter who can thrive in a multifaceted environment and independently lead various work streams.
- Experience leading project management, progress/budget tracking across multiple teams and external agencies.
- Experience leading Paid Social campaigns, ability to lead creative briefings, make recommendations on media plans and optimisation opportunities.
- Strong communication and ability to influence internal and external partners in different markets
- Track record for getting results and delivering against important metrics
- Ability to analyse and interpret marketing performance to influence marketing investments and make recommendations to leaders based on data and insights.
- Experience in working with creative agency and delivering innovative marketing through digital channels
- Natural curiosity to understand the needs of the customer
- Excited to interact with sales teams and client managers – confidence
- Can-do/calm attitude with the ability to have fun!
- Experience in end-to-end customer marketing strategy and execution desirable
- Experience in paid media/paid social and multi-channel marketing desirable
- European languages, a plus

How will you make an impact in this role?
The Marketing Executive - International Global Client Group Marketing will support the international marketing strategy, for the EMEA region, by delivering compelling campaigns crafted to open-up new and deepen our existing relationships to help us reach our revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively leading and prioritising a multitude of initiatives to ensure consistent delivery and have a natural curiosity to deeply understand the needs of our customers.
This role interacts at multiple levels of the organisation with many cross-functional business partners including global and local marketing teams, Brand, Compliance, Product, Client Management as well as external creative agencies.
Key success metrics include brand awareness, reach through multi-channel marketing initiatives and customer satisfaction (NPS).
