What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and coordinate financial performance analysis and complex ad-hoc reports for budgets and forecasts
- Review and present operational performance reporting for monthly business unit management meetings
- Collaborate with Corporate Budget Office and Business Unit leaders during the annual budget process
- Maintain compliance levels of physical/software assets and licensing using an inventory management system
- Communicate effectively with business leaders to assist in oversight of business unit operations and develop strategic financial forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance or a related area
- Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics
- Ability to analyze expenditures and budget variances
- Proficient in using financial systems and databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with forecasting and budgeting processes
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
