What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own campaign execution in HubSpot, including audience segmentation, workflows, emails, landing pages, and reporting
- Maintain and improve lead flow processes between HubSpot, Salesforce, and Chili Piper to ensure data accuracy
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and key funnel metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, ROI)
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to ensure data integrity across brands and channels
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that could impact marketing results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or demand generation within a SaaS or high-growth environment
- Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, automation, and reporting
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Chili Piper integrations
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaign setup and reporting
- Detail-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-brand experience is a plus
- Experience coordinating with an external agency for paid operations tasks
