- Handling multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and diligent organization/project management
- Collaborating with key marketing and business partners resulting in clear inputs, decisions and alignment of project objectives and key results
- Ensuring all assets are implemented in full compliance with defined processes and regulatory guidelines in partnership with legal/risk/compliance partners
- Support budget management operations within marketing operations software (Aprimo) and with external vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to allocations. Monitor expenses, look for optimizations, and participate in budget workshops to enhance process efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues on process documentation and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts independently to mutually agreeable solutions
- Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record of problem-solving and delivering strategic insights and recommendations
- Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
- Computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Previous CRM or Email Marketing experience and knowledge
- Experience working in Agile
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F (in-office at least 3 days per week)
Description
The Marketing Partner on the Consumer Lending Marketing team will will ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns and always-on tactics to enable the division to drive growth while reducing risk and cost. This role will support end-to-end execution of all marketing activities for the assigned product(s) or line(s) of business. The marketing channels include direct marketing (primarily email), digital marketing (SEM, ODA, social, website), editorial articles, retail collateral, as well as overall project management for fully integrated marketing campaigns.
This team member will join our experienced and highly visible Home Lending Marketing team within the broader Enterprise Marketing team. Citizens’ Enterprise Marketing team continuously innovates and enhances how we communicate with our customers. We embrace today’s agile test-and-learn philosophy to meet customer needs faster.
