  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage a high volume of marketing deliverables, including promotional campaigns, social media, and content creation
  - Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and external vendors for project management
  - Coordinate end-to-end logistics for 10-12 industry and internal events annually
  - Provide onsite logistical support and ensure flawless execution of events
  - Track project and event budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with forecasts
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3-5 years of project management and/or marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  - Proven experience planning and executing both virtual and in-person events
  - Proficiency in managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities
  - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday
  - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
  - Experience in healthcare, pharma, or highly regulated industries
  - Skills in social media strategy, content creation, copywriting, graphic design, or video editing
  - Team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment
