What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, tech teams, and external agencies to ensure marketing projects stay on track
- Plan and manage project workflows, ensuring campaigns align with objectives from kickoff to completion
- Own the details of marketing projects, proactively identifying risks and making strategic adjustments as needed
- Manage relationships with content partners and ensure deadlines are met for campaigns
- Collect and report on campaign analytics, conversions, and performance trends to the internal team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing manager, preferably in online education, coaching, or training industries
- Proficient in Google Analytics with at least 3 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see how details fit into the larger picture
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt when project needs change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with Monday.com
- Familiarity with Keap (Infusionsoft)
- Ability to understand brand voice and assist with quality assurance of marketing assets
