What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects across various ministries, including digital campaigns and fundraising initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Oversee timelines, approvals, and deliverables across creative and digital teams
- Track budgets and coordinate with vendors to support marketing initiatives
- Ensure all projects align with the employer's Biblical mission and objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management or a related role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and workflows (Asana experience preferred)
- Demonstrated application of Biblical principles in alignment with the employer's nonprofit mission
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting fundraising or donor-focused campaigns
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including web, email, social, and paid media
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
