What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects from design to presentation
- Develop and perform analysis of research using established statistical methods
- Create analyses and presentations that highlight research findings
- Maintain relationships with research suppliers and consultants for project supervision
- Consult with internal clients to integrate research and analysis for key initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience conducting market research, preferably in healthcare or health insurance
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of research techniques and resources
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or master's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Horizon BCBSNJ products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Presentation skills with the ability to effectively share information
