      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and delivery of actionable insights and analysis to address key business questions
      - Manage multiple short- and long-term projects to ensure timely progress and business advancement
      - Oversee the analytics strategy within the CRM, Omnichannel, and Loyalty sectors in collaboration with marketing leads
      - Interface regularly with internal and external stakeholders to identify focus areas for the business
      - Analyze large and complex data sets to inform strategic business decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science
      - Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
      - Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, with a preference for Power BI and DAX
      - Basic understanding of sports betting in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading analytical strategies across commercial businesses
      - Confident presentation skills to communicate recommendations to senior leadership
      - Ability to work with large, incomplete, and complex data sets
