What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and engagement of marketing, communications, and business intelligence materials
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor partners and internal associates to implement programs for customers and sales associates
- Identify and manage various program aspects impacting the employer's systems
- Collaborate in the production, editing, and communication of marketing campaign deliverables
- Perform testing on new tools and system platforms to enhance operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in animal science, communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Experience in a veterinary clinic environment or as a veterinary technician is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues with programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in marketing or sales enablement within the animal health industry
- Familiarity with veterinary supply or healthcare systems
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in customer service roles within veterinary or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools
