What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events
- Write and edit marketing copy for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and blogs
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and support lead generation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role with exposure to multiple marketing functions
- Familiarity with social media management tools and content scheduling; experience with CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing performance tracking
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting marketing for startups or small teams
- Exposure to marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo
- Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, or CRM systems
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe
