What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Project manage and strategize marketing experiments for early-stage portfolio companies
- Provide guidance on logistics, goals, tracking, positioning, budgets, and tradeoffs for events
- Teach and train founders on various marketing channels and strategies
- Develop templates and provide hands-on assistance with marketing projects
- Support founders in refining their go-to-market plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting early-stage companies in marketing
- Proven track record in project management and marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, particularly conferences and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working directly with founders or in a startup environment
- Familiarity with various marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing effectiveness
- Previous experience in training or coaching individuals in marketing practices
