What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, build, and deploy targeted email campaigns for certifications, training, and events
- Serve as host and technical producer for webinars, managing logistics and audience engagement
- Optimize website copy and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings
- Support marketing for certifications and training programs through digital campaigns
- Contribute to marketing materials and workflows for conferences and trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on email marketing and automation
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital copywriting
- Proficiency in social media management and basic graphic design skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience moderating and producing webinars on platforms such as Zoom or ON24
- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills in live webinar settings
