What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the employer's social media presence across all channels, including content calendar development and execution
- Write and publish engaging content (guides, articles, social posts) aimed at driving conversions
- Assist in planning and executing onsite events to enhance brand awareness and community engagement
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to simplify complex security concepts for audiences
- Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies based on audience feedback and results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a SaaS environment, preferably with fintechs, neobanks, or crypto
- Strong understanding of Bitcoin and digital security
- Proficient in visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel)
- Experience in fast-paced work environments
- Natural talent for understanding customer buying decisions
- Proven success in planning and executing social media strategies
- AI-native workflow experience, including the use of AI tools for drafting and researching
