Who We Want
Support advisory firm growth by executing marketing initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and business goals. Serve as a key partner in implementing marketing plans through the coordination and deployment of campaigns, events, content, digital marketing activities, and other marketing programs. Leverage Carson marketing tools, resources, and best practices to deliver high-quality execution, maintain project momentum, and contribute insights that improve marketing effectiveness. Operate with a strong service mindset while balancing multiple priorities and ensuring a consistent partner experience.
• Marketing Execution & Campaign Deployment: Execute marketing initiatives aligned with advisor growth goals and strategic marketing plans. Deploy and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital marketing, content distribution, and automation platforms. Build, schedule, and distribute marketing communications using approved systems, templates, and tools. Support campaign implementation by coordinating timelines, gathering assets, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support optimization efforts.
• Event Planning & Support: Coordinate and execute advisor marketing events, including seminars, client appreciation events, workshops, webinars, and community outreach activities. Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, registration management, communications, promotional materials, and follow-up activities. Partner with advisors and internal teams to ensure events are delivered successfully and align with strategic objectives. Track event outcomes and support post-event reporting and analysis.
• Project Management: Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Coordinate with internal creative, content, digital, compliance, and production teams to move projects efficiently through the marketing workflow. Ensure marketing requests, approvals, and deliverables are completed in accordance with established processes and
service standards. Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates for advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Advisor Support & Strategic Contribution: Partner closely with internal team to execute marketing plans and growth initiatives for assigned advisory firms. Develop an understanding of advisor business goals, target audiences, and growth priorities to support effective implementation. Leverage Carson marketing tools, resources, and best practices to recommend appropriate tactics and solutions. Contribute ideas and observations that help improve marketing outcomes, partner experience, and operational efficiency. Escalate strategic opportunities, challenges, and advisor needs to internal team as appropriate.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
What You Need
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
• Minimum of one year of marketing experience preferred; internships or relevant project experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, social media, email marketing, or related marketing activities preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work required.
• Ability to learn and utilize marketing technology platforms, automation tools, and reporting systems required.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of assigned work required.
• Interest in developing marketing strategy knowledge and growing within a marketing consulting environment preferred.
