What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with healthcare providers and community partners
- Conduct outreach to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical staff to introduce research opportunities
- Build partnerships with local organizations and community clinics to promote clinical studies
- Plan and coordinate community events and health fairs to raise awareness of clinical research
- Track outreach efforts and provide regular updates on engagement trends and referral activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in health administration, health sciences, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in community outreach and healthcare provider partnerships
- Established experience building relationships with physicians in the clinical trial space
- Proficiency with computer applications, including electronic health records
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
