What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize Adobe Tag Manager for accurate data collection and tracking
- Support content authors and developers in managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to enhance customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics using Adobe Analytics and other tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing technology or web analytics
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Launch, Target, Analytics)
- Strong understanding of tag management systems and data layers
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites
- Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Target
- Google Tag Manager or other TMS certifications
