POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketplace Specialist is a customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service and operational support across RealTruck's Marketplace platforms, eBay, Walmart, and Amazon. This position is responsible for handling inbound customer service phone calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, addressing inquiries related to pricing, tracking, returns, cancellations, and other service-related issues. The specialist will also manage customer service ticket conversations through Kustomer, ensuring timely and accurate responses within set service level agreements. Beyond customer service, the role involves optimizing product listings, implementing advertising campaigns, updating pricing, auditing catalogs, and executing promotions on all Marketplace platforms. The Marketplace Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence in RealTruck's Marketplace channels.
CORE FUNCTIONS
• Answer incoming customer service phone calls pertaining to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart while working in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Respond to customer service email inquiries for tracking, returns, cancellation requests, and pricing within the set service level agreements.
• Update product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart; including implementing paid search campaigns.
• Audit and optimize product listings on platforms.
• Implement promotions and update pricing on platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 1-2 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and/or Walmart Seller Center.
• Experience with internal systems Kustomer, Net Suite, and/or Five9.
• Automotive aftermarket accessories or vehicle knowledge preferred.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole fractions, and decimals.
Travel
• Minimal travel is required; less than 5%.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• This position is subject to sedentary work; Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

• This position is subject to the following physical activities: talking, hearing, and the use of hands, wrists, or fingers in a repetitive motion.
Visual Acuity
• The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.

• This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
