      Your Purpose:

      Connectivity implementation and rollout of MMC in MBGD markets, management and business development of Digital Services, integration of MMC to business functions of MBGD, stabilization and transfer post-go live to line-function.

      Your Responsibilities:

      Connectivity rollout of MBGD markets

      • Lead and manage mmc rollout incl. store across MBGD markets
      • Lead the product management topics (incl. kick-off) with new mmc GD markets and ensure they understand the full scope of digital services available and MB.Connect Store, including the necessary coordination with all stake holders including the market, R&D and Controlling
      • Conduct the business case in collaboration with the digital team, for onboarding new markets to be connected
      • Define market prioritization for services (and gather market specific products
      • Deliver global product portfolio services and guidelines for the market, as well as estimated sales figures of take rates with connect after rollout
      • Alignment of the connect feature portfolio with regional PM regarding legal and technical feasibility as well as the list pricing with controlling as basis for transfer pricings
      • Alignment of connect feature adjustments with MB.Connect Store
      • Preparation of management reports and inform management of all levels regarding status update on the roll-out

      Management and business development of Digital Services

      • Design our MB passenger cars on your own initiative and across model series-defining vehicle functionalities within telematics and infotainment
      • Verify documentation (e.g. codes) of the features and release feasibility for the market in collaboration with R&D
      • Analyse individual market ordering patterns and equipment take-rates
      • Carry out competitor market research, to better understand our offering concept in comparison to other brands
      • Define and exploit business revenue possibilities together with CS and GD
      • Actively monitor and raise awareness of service activation & pairing rates in collaboration with the Sales team to ensure the success of the rollout

      Integration of Mmc to business functions of MBGD

      • Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and relevant records to ensure a well-documented integration process
      • Handover of tasks and processes from the Mmc roll out project to the business functions once the market is connected
      • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across integrated business functions
      • Support training department with the latest products & services available

      • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

      Your Profile:

      Training and qualification

      • University / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering or related areas

      Technical knowledge

      • Excellent knowledge in all MS-Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel advanced user)
      • Languages: English both spoken & written. German is an advantage & Arabic is a plus
      • General knowledge of the Automotive industry, products of Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars and main competitors

      • Very good presentation and training skills.
      • Ability to work and drive all topics independently.
      • Curious mindset, willing to question and challenge the status-quo.

      Experience

      • Cross-functional professional experience (ideally 2-3 years) with exposure to core business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Telematics in the Automatics industry
      • Strong project management skills with confidence in communicating and developing good relationships with stakeholders
