What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the alternate point of contact for all technical requirements in the Task Order (TO) and supervise Contractor employees assigned to the TO
- Assist in leading a team of full-time contractors to support six Army National Guard Mission Training Complexes
- Responsible for planning and executing project costs and budgets, managing processes, and delivering Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
- Interface regularly with the Government Program Management Office to ensure effective communication across the program
- Support the recruitment, training, supervision, and management of program workforce employees and subcontractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management of projects or programs supporting DoD IT contracts
- Experience with Army training
- Active Secret clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Program Management Office (PMO) environment
- Familiarity with simulation-driven collective training and exercise support
- Strong communication and deliverables management skills
- Previous experience working with Government PMOs
