What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and provide training for TSS staff in CBRN tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Manage the CDL Drug testing program and all CDL training and renewals
- Maintain records of TSS training and documentation for federal government compliance
- Support and document monthly drills for TSSs using CBRN detection equipment
- Facilitate operational communications and maintain communication equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Secret security clearance or higher
- Minimum of 5 years experience in radiological and nuclear detection and training
- Experience in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear detection training
- Must have a Class B CDL license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the month within the contiguous United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Special event operational experience including SEAR or NSSE events
- Knowledgeable in using Mobile/Portable Radiation Detection Systems and related equipment
- Experience working with radioactive materials and radiation worker training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal communication skills for report writing and daily situation reports
