      Role Summary and Impact
      We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Measurement Lead - Global Prime Video. This is a Full-Time position based in London. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses.
      Prime Video is Amazonu2019s entertainment destination for movies, series, documentaries, and live sport. The PV marketing division delivers all communications for the platform, including large tentpole titles such as The Boys and The Rings Of Power, regional content like Paatal Lok and live sports such as the Premier League and the NBA, as well as largescale brand campaigns. OpenDoor is PVu2019s media partner everywhere in the world except North America and Latin America and makes up a considerable proportion of Amazonu2019s global marketing efforts.u00A0u00A0u00A0
      This role reports into OpenDoor Global PV Lead with a dotted line into the Choreograph OpenDoor Lead.

      • Be responsible for translating client briefs to identify the most appropriate measurement methodologies including predictive modelling such as MMM, survey measurement, digital/ offline testing, audience analytics, digital attribution, and measurement & derivation of various exposure metrics such as multi-media reach, viewability, attention & other metrics.
      • Lead the development of brand and campaign metrics & KPI frameworks to ensure there are clear expectations of what u2018successu2019 looks like.
      • Completing regular measurement audits of Amazonu2019s current capabilities and prioritising recommendations for future improvements to measurement set up based on effort vs return.
      • Identification of appropriate third-party methodologies and data sets to build the measurement data stack that can help build our understanding of client campaign effectiveness.
      • Develop and drive strategic thought for clients drawing from bespoke insights, cultural trends and sound data points in partnership with the strategy teams.
      • Use your expert knowledge of research methodologies and consumer trends to guide measurement best practice and lead dialogues with clients and the agency.
      • Ensuring that measurement and effectiveness is a consideration at all stages of the planning process from strategy development through to activation.

      • Ownership of client learning agendas.
      • Distill the complexity of multiple research studies into clear media performance themes.
      • Clearly articulate the narrative from research/effectiveness studies u2013 what is working, what isnu2019t working and what should be done in the future to improve campaign performance.
      • Work with the strategy, data strategy, planning and activation teams to ensure the learnings from previous analysis are fed back into future planning cycles.
      • Lead on target setting and forecasting for future campaign performance based on an understanding of historic performance trends/analysis.
      • Develop an understanding of the drivers of performance beyond marketing levers to provide a broader view on the most effective approach to maximise client performance.
      • Leadership of PV Measurement teams across multiple regions to ensure consistency in approach, application and knowledge sharing.
      • Be the SPOC for developing proposals, developing proof of concept and own responsibility of delivery of sanctioned projects in partnership with Choreograph or other WPP business units for driving an incremental scope and revenue.
      • Partner with the global and regional PV client leadership and the global Choreograph teams to build uniformity and highest standard of the measurement approach.
      • Drive the periodic client QBRs working with the global leads for the global QBRs and other client reporting regarding the progress of the measurement vertical.
      • Contribute to knowledge sharing, scripting playbooks/ best practice guides, thought leadership POVs and drive industry recognition and stature in the domain of measurement and analytics.

      • Excellent knowledge of advanced measurement methodologies including marketing mix modelling, audience analytics, qualitative & quantitative research, measurement frameworks, learning agendas, testing methodologies, digital attribution and knowledge of various operating campaign metrics.
      • Relevant sector-specific experience necessary in Entertainment and ideally Content Streaming services
      • Preferred, not essential - Strong working knowledge of key industry tools and sources such as TGI, IPA Touchpoints, Lumen, Ipsos, BrandWatch, Meltwater, YouGov Profiles + YouGov BrandIndex.
      • Strong commercial accumen with the skills to drive efficiencies and revenue.
      • Budget and resource management.
