What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform statistical analysis, modeling, and data visualization to inform client strategies
- Analyze media and marketing data to measure ROI effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain knowledge of current trends in Marketing, Marketing Research, and CPG industries
- Create quantitative reports and insights deliverables that drive business performance
- Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to optimize media investment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Market Research, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 months of experience as an Intern analyst or in retail marketing analytics or statistical modeling/research
- Proficiency in digital analytics, ad tech, media planning, and marketing mix analysis within the CPG industry
- Hands-on experience with coding software such as R, SQL, and Python
- Strong skills in interpreting data trends and translating them into actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with digital and website analytics
- Familiarity with visualization software and statistical analysis techniques
- Knowledge of research studies, including test/control and mix modeling
- Advanced analytic skills for effective data interpretation
- Experience with programmatic buys and social media platform marketing
