What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage components of digital media campaigns, including bidding, targeting, ad creation, analysis, and reporting
- Support omni-channel paid media planning, buying, and reporting for all programs and campaigns
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including media and platform partners and agencies
- Document and utilize best practices for campaign execution and optimization
- Contribute to program tracking and timelines for campaign management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role
- Completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent in a related field of study
- Strong understanding of digital marketing technicalities, including website analytics and tracking codes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with large established digital properties and platforms such as Facebook and YouTube
- 1+ years of experience managing and implementing large Paid Digital budgets at an agency or large retailer
- Familiarity with retail websites and analytics
- Strong presentation and writing skills
