      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
      - Schedule patient appointments using the clinic's computer system and assist with registration
      - Verify patient demographic and insurance information in the electronic medical system
      - Collect co-payments and deposits prior to patient visits, adhering to company policies
      - Collaborate with the clinical care team to improve patient flow and address care gaps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least one year of demonstrated experience in an administrative position
      - Knowledge of healthcare office concepts, practices, and insurance verification procedures
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and regulations
