      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and guests at the clinic, managing patient check-ins
      - Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently using the electronic medical system
      - Verify patient registration documentation and insurance information
      - Collect co-payments and deposits prior to patient appointments in accordance with company policies
      - Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure smooth patient flow and address gaps in care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative position
      - Knowledge of healthcare office concepts, insurance verification procedures, and HIPAA guidelines
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare administrative role
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and healthcare software
      - Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
