      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare patient charts for upcoming visits, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and integrated into the patient's chart
      - Welcome patients, conduct check-in, and escort them to examination rooms
      - Perform delegated medical tasks, including recording vitals and medical history, and documenting all in the patient's medical record
      - Administer injections, assist providers with medical procedures, and conduct visual acuity screenings
      - Maintain cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms, including stocking supplies and disposing of expired items

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of a Medical Assistant certificate or a CAAHEP-accredited program
      - At least six months of healthcare experience preferred
      - Must hold valid and current CPR and First Aid certifications, and an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to qualify for this position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - An associate degree in a health-related field or certification as a Medical Assistant
      - Proficiency in using electronic record-keeping systems such as EMR, billing software, and insurance carrier portals
      - Bilingual candidates are highly valued, but not a requirement
