What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct drop-in home visits, driving up to 50% of the time
- Complete patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and medication collection
- Assist clinicians in the examination and treatment of patients under their direction
- Manage patient check-in functions, including eligibility verification and appointment scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service and facilitate care coordination for members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a medical assistant, preferably in a physician's office
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid benefits and resources preferred
- High school diploma required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred
- Current Driver's License and CPR/First Aid Certification required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and proficiency in Microsoft programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, or other languages such as Vietnamese or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
- Experience working with internal medicine offices
- Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth applications like Doximity and Zoom
