What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare patients for examinations and diagnostic procedures, including recording vital signs
- Assist licensed staff with patient care and report any changes in patient conditions
- Perform CLIA Waved Lab tests and report results to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain cleanliness of patient examination rooms and assist with clerical functions
- Provide educational materials and general health information to patients and families
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential to be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Certification as an Advanced EMT, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant through recognized organizations
- Demonstrated phlebotomy skills and effective communication abilities
- Ability to work variable and rotating shifts in a 24/7 healthcare environment
- Physical capability to lift and move patients and medical equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or relevant clinical experience
- Knowledge of specific clinic specialty skills within six weeks of hire
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Additional certifications relevant to the healthcare field
