      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare patients for examinations and diagnostic procedures, including recording vital signs and medical history
      - Report patient concerns and changes in condition to licensed staff
      - Perform CLIA Waved Lab tests and report results
      - Assist with clerical functions, including scheduling appointments and filing medical information
      - Participate in mandatory education and training programs related to patient care and safety

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the employer's system to be obtained within 30 days of hire
      - Current Advanced EMT certification, Paramedic certification, or Medical Assistant certification in the State of Utah
      - Demonstrated phlebotomy skills and ability to perform essential job functions
      - Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
      - Availability to work variable and rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) or Clinical Medical Assistant Certification through NHA
      - Credentialing in ABR-OE (Assessment-Based Recognition in Order Entry) through AAMA
      - Experience in a healthcare setting with exposure to patient care duties
