      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of quality patient care
      - Facilitate efficient patient flow, including preparation for visits and providing necessary education
      - Maintain and monitor electronic health records and ensure all patient information is up-to-date
      - Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
      - Engage in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program
      - One of the following certifications required within 120 days: AAMA Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), AMT Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), NHA Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA), NCCT Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), or NAHP Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
      - AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required within 120 days
      - 1 year of relevant experience working in a physician practice or healthcare setting preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a neuroscience or similar healthcare setting
      - Additional certifications related to medical assisting or healthcare administration
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
      - Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
