What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform basic patient assessment activities, including measuring vital signs and collecting specimens
- Accurately document all services rendered in the electronic medical record for each patient
- Assist with patient procedures and ensure a smooth patient care process during visits
- Maintain compliance with health regulations, including CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA
- Communicate effectively with Care Team members and provide translation services for limited English proficiency patients when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program preferred
- Experience in a medical practice, laboratory, hospital, or other clinical setting
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to work onsite Mondays through Fridays and communicate fluently in English; bilingual ability is a plus

- Certified Medical Assistant credential
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse populations
- Experience in a team-based healthcare environment
- Ability to adapt to changing or stressful conditions
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
