What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform patient care tasks and procedures under the direction of medical professionals
- Carry out administrative duties as required
- Ensure compliance with training and competency evaluation standards
- Assist in maintaining a tobacco-free environment in accordance with company policy
- Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance patient care and service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active certification as a CMA, CCMA, RMA, or NREMT-Basic
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of one year of clinical or administrative experience
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
- Additional certifications related to medical assistance are a plus
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
