What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist providers and healthcare team members in the clinic with back-office and patient-related tasks
- Perform various patient care procedures within the Medical Assistant scope of practice
- Manage patient flow and rooming, including pre-visit preparation and post-visit duties
- Inform providers of schedule changes that impact patient flow
- Assist with front office activities and scheduling tasks
- Report test results as directed by the provider

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Local and licensed in WA State DOH
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program
- Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant - Certified (CM) or Medical Assistant Interim (IC) credential
- Knowledge of third-party payer requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- PC proficiency
