      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide basic patient care in a community health center setting, including initiating medical histories and documenting vital signs
      - Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to build rapport with patients and support their health improvement
      - Assist in developing individualized care plans for high-risk patients addressing both medical and social barriers
      - Coordinate referrals and appointments for patients, ensuring follow-up on missed appointments
      - Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care coordination and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with diploma
      - Certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant to be obtained within 9 months of hire
      - Current BLS + AED CPR certification
      - Must have reliable Wi-Fi service/coverage and a dedicated work area for telemedicine visits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical or community health setting
      - Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
      - Familiarity with patient-centered medical home (PCMH) principles
      - Bilingual skills to assist diverse patient populations
