Position Summary: Our Dermatology practice is seeking full time skilled and motivated Medical Assistant/Scribes. We have upcoming available in our Leh location. This is an excellent opportunity for those that are passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced medical environment.
Essential Job Functions: • Greet and room patients: obtain medical histories and update medical records in EMR. • Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures. • Accurately document provider notes and patient encounters as a scribe. • Communicate test and biopsy results to patients under provider direction. • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms. • Sterilize instruments and prepare procedure trays as needed. • Create and manage clinical tasks: document all patient communications • Support a positive team environment.
Qualifications: • Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required. • Previous experience in medical office setting preferred. • Must have outstanding customer service, organization, and attention to detail. • CPR certification required upon hire
Hours: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
