What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and process claims to insurance carriers for timely payment, ensuring patients receive the care they deserve
- Maintain, organize, and enter claims reporting and communications in the claims administrative system
- Conduct analysis and conflict resolution to ensure error-free claims submissions
- Handle correspondence, claims, and referrals within established timeframes to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Prepare presentations and proposals to enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of ACAS medical claims processing experience
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments accurately and efficiently
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Experience in reviewing claims and applying appropriate pricing and contract benefits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Excel
