What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze both hard data and qualitative evaluations to identify root causes of problems
- Design and implement automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency in medical coding
- Lead projects that improve client outcomes and operational processes
- Create and maintain project plans and roadmaps, ensuring clear stakeholder communication
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance product and service offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Medical Coding
- At least 2 years of experience managing projects or teams
- CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and OneNote
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with computer-assisted coding and/or coding automation tools
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile development methodologies
- SQL experience
