What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and review patient assessments for assigned care centers
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of diagnosis coding and patient status items against related documentation
- Identify needs for additional supportive documentation and communicate with care center leadership
- Report any delays in processing assessments to the supervisor and care center
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have HCSD or BCHH-C ICD-10 certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of home health ICD-10 coding experience
