What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Procure new oxygen patient referrals to meet/exceed sales targets
- Represent and promote the employer's products and services to the referral community
- Meet/exceed monthly sales call targets and maintain detailed records of sales activities
- Provide and execute territory sales plans that lead to successful outcomes
- Assist with any other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Sales, Technical, Business, Clinical, or related field of study, preferred
- 2-3 years of medical referral sales experience, required
- Basic knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical background/licensure (RT, RN), preferred
- Experience working with the 65+ demographic a plus
- Proven track record of successful team participation
- Successful experience in identifying new referral opportunities
