What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Procure new oxygen patient referrals to meet/exceed sales targets
- Represent and promote employer products and services to the referral community
- Meet and exceed monthly sales call targets
- Deliver and set up equipment when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Sales, Technical, Business, Clinical, or related field of study, preferred
- 2-3 years of medical referral sales experience, required
- Basic knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, required
- Strong work ethic with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven track record of successful team participation and identifying new referral opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical background/licensure (RT, RN), preferred
- 3+ years of medical referral sales experience, for senior roles
- Experience working with the 65+ demographic a plus
- Solutions-oriented problem solver with analytical and problem-solving skills
