What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage educational programs for physicians and healthcare professionals in peripheral vascular therapies
- Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to create engaging learning content
- Incorporate adult learning strategies to ensure training materials meet the needs of the target audience
- Execute training programs for new hires in the Peripheral Vascular sales team
- Support program evaluation through metrics and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing educational programs for healthcare professionals
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Medicine, Education, or Life Sciences)
- In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows and technical competencies related to medical devices
- Strong project management, budgeting, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or certification in Medical Education or Instructional Design
- Experience developing and delivering training across live and digital formats
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve educational offerings
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
