      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers, and payers, utilizing medical literature for accurate responses
      - Handle adverse event and product complaint reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and therapeutic areas to provide informed support
      - Assist in drafting medical information response documents and participate in scientific medical affairs
      - Conduct miscellaneous projects related to operational improvements and training support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced healthcare degree (preferred PharmD or higher)
      - Strong clinical background with excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of FDA postmarketing adverse event reporting regulations
      - Ability to critically evaluate medical literature and generate compliant reports
      - Flexibility to work full-time and adapt to varying schedules as required by clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Pharmacist license
      - Experience in a Contact Center within the pharmaceutical industry
      - Proficiency in telephony, Medical Information databases, and Microsoft Office
      - Therapeutic expertise in areas such as Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology
      - Positive attitude and ability to motivate others through effective communication
