What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers, utilizing critical evaluation of medical literature
- Document adverse events and product complaints, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate responses to product quality-related complaints and collaborate with various departments
- Produce medical writing for response documents and assist with scientific communication
- Participate in miscellaneous projects aimed at improving operational processes and customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced healthcare degree, preferably PharmD or higher
- Strong clinical background with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries across various communication channels
- Knowledge of FDA regulations regarding adverse event reporting
- Flexibility to work full-time with variable scheduling as required by clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licensure as a pharmacist
- Experience in a contact center or pharmaceutical industry environment
- Proficiency in telephony, medical information databases, and Microsoft Office
- Therapeutic expertise, particularly in Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, or other specialty areas
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate and energize team members
