What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, utilizing critical evaluation of medical literature
- Handle adverse event and product complaint reporting in compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain knowledge of product and therapeutic areas to ensure accurate and timely information delivery
- Participate in medical writing and content development for Medical Information documents
- Collaborate with various departments to address product quality-related complaints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced healthcare degree (preferred PharmD or higher)
- Strong clinical background with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a Contact Center and Pharmaceutical industry environment
- Knowledge of FDA's postmarketing adverse event reporting regulations
- Ability to critically evaluate medical literature and provide accurate responses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pharmacist license
- Experience in Drug Information or specialty areas such as Oncology, Hematology, or Neurology
- Proficiency in telephony, Medical Information databases, and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and energy that fosters a collaborative work environment
- Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions
