  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers and patients regarding medical inquiries
  - Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, using approved scripts and resources
  - Document all inquiries, adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with established procedures
  - Collaborate with Medical Information Managers and other colleagues on training and resource development
  - Identify training needs based on inquiry trends and assist in designing relevant training programs
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  - Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical industry or hospital settings
  - Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and regulations related to Medical Information
  - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects under pressure
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or interstitial lung disease
  - 1+ years of medical writing experience
  - Understanding of metrics related to customer service efficiency and satisfaction
  - Experience in a PH coordinator role or similar clinical settings
