      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a primary point of contact for healthcare providers and patients, addressing medical inquiries via phone and email
      - Manage and document inquiries using approved scripts and standard response documents
      - Triage inquiries to determine if they are on- or off-label and escalate as necessary
      - Recognize and report adverse events and product complaints to the appropriate departments
      - Collaborate with Medical Information Managers and other colleagues on resource development and training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) with state licensure
      - Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical industry or hospital settings
      - Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and regulations related to Medical Information
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen
      - Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects and responsibilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or related fields
      - 1+ years of medical writing experience
      - Familiarity with metrics related to customer service efficiency and satisfaction
      - Clinical experience in pulmonary hypertension, interstitial lung disease, or similar conditions
