      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers and patients, addressing medical inquiries through Global Medical Information
      - Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, ensuring compliance with approved responses
      - Recognize and report adverse events and product complaints to Global Patient Safety
      - Collaborate with Medical Information Managers and other colleagues on resource development and training projects
      - Document all inquiries and communications accurately in accordance with established procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
      - 5+ years of customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including medical information or clinical experience
      - Working knowledge of medical terminology and awareness of regulations related to Medical Information
      - Excellent organizational and superb verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work successfully under pressure and manage multiple projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension and/or interstitial lung disease
      - 1+ years of medical writing experience
      - Understanding of metrics related to call efficiency and customer satisfaction
      - Clinical experience in pulmonary hypertension and/or interstitial lung disease
      - Previous experience in a PH coordinator role
