      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform phlebotomy on patients, adhering to departmental identification policies
      - Process and report results for outreach laboratory specimens
      - Communicate extensively with clients regarding patient specimens
      - Maintain compliance with phlebotomy protocols and safety standards
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School education or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of clinical and/or phlebotomy experience in a healthcare environment
      - Valid Driver's License
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and phlebotomy protocols

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Healthcare or Biological Sciences
      - Experience in an outreach laboratory setting
      - Phlebotomy certification (PBT ASCP)
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
      - Background in customer service within a medical or healthcare environment
