What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete all incoming Release of Information (ROI) requests efficiently and accurately
- Maintain 100% ROI accuracy and meet strict turnaround times for requests
- Validate requests and authorize the release of Protected Health Information (PHI) according to established procedures
- Perform quality checks to ensure confidentiality and proper invoicing
- Provide excellent customer service and proactively address patient complaints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to maintain high accuracy standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Must maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company dress code
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in handling medical records
